This short hymn is an adaptation of the Lord’s Prayer as found in Matthew 6:9-13.

Verse 1:
Our Father in heav'n, come help us proclaim
The beauty and awe of Your holy name.
We long for the day when Your kingdom will come;
On earth as in heaven may Your will be done.

Verse 2:
Lord, give us this day what we need to live;
Forgive us our sins as we too forgive.
From worldly temptations, O lead us away
And save us from evil, we earnestly pray.
