Holy, Holy, Holy

Description

The classic hymn "Holy, Holy, Holy" has been used by Christians world-over for two centuries to laud the praises of our thrice-holy God. It is a beautiful trinitarian defense of God existing in three persons and paints a picture of Him as glorious and worthy of praise both now and into eternity. We humbly offer a fifth stanza which speaks more specifically of each member of the trinity's work of redemption, the cornerstone of which is the death and resurrection of God the Son. May we be moved to wonder at how the cross reveals the fullness of God - Father, Son, and Spirit!

Lyrics

Holy, holy, holy! Justice meets with mercy:
God the Father crushed the Son for our iniquity.
Crucified and buried, risen unto glory,
Now, by the Spirit, holy we shall be.
